A sailor is attempting to locate the heritage (original manufacturer info, etc.) on a sailboard he has acquired.
The hull is approximately 9 foot 4 inches LOA. It is the strangest design
ever seen, in that it has two sets of footstraps and a tiller (rudder)
that is designed to be used while standing. The footstraps are marked
"Supernova" but Frank Puranik at Supernova sailboats says it is not his.
The fittings are by Ronstan and the push down centreboard is marked:
"Allgaier" "System 62" "Made in West Germany".
There are no hull markings other than a hull number on a plate. Any
ideas as to who made this rig? email the webmaster if you can help
