is suitable grass rigging areas on either side of the Bathing Pavilian
and in sporadic areas all along the front of the beach (along Margate
Parade). Racing is usually conducted straight infront of the grass area
(wind direction pending).
Scotts Point is just around the corner from Woody Point and is a major
windsurfing location in South-East Queensland. Suitable to sail in everything
from S to N winds, Redcliffe provides one of the few locations near
Brisbane that is not particularly effected by tide. Even at low tide,

Street down to the water and vear left to find a carpark.
