to incorporate kite surfing as this has generated a bit of interest
in our area.

Wind Monitors:

A new station has been installed at Brighton on the esplanade near the jetty (Phone 0400 099 263). It is a bit more interactive than the Boggy Lake station. A caller can get the wind report the same way as Boggy and also can indicate as a windsurfer or a kite sailor his intention to sail there at any time during the call. We have 3 more planned sites at Goolwa, Seaford and Semaphore. Give the station a call and try it out.
For a Boggy Lake Wind report, call 0403

Register your intent to visit the lake - the online service will tell
you how many others will be there as well.
